Pros

Looking back I regret leaving Wellbridge, I was well taken care of and loved the environment. They make everyone accountable and the goals were realistic. I have worked for several fitness companies in Denver and this is the best of the best. They provide great health insurance and 401 K and pay you on retaining members. I would highly recommend this company.

Cons

Expectations are high but if you have a strong work ethic the goals can be achieved!

Pros

pretty good job if you are going to college like I was. All of the management were pretty cool and helpful. Free gym membership for all staff. Just your basic front desk job. You can sell guest passes for commission. I got promoted to Manager on Duty after 6 months.

Cons

Working early in the morning sucks (5am-11am), I wouldn't recommend picking that shift unless you have to. You have to to wear a shirt and tie.

-You revive a free membership with employment -Employees that are not in upper management are generally friendly

Cons

-The wages they pay hourly associates is atrocious compared to similar companies -Management is hired from outside the company (usually 24 hour fitness), very little internal promotion -Corporate structure extremely removed from day to day operations and corporate employees are not approachable -Revenue is used to build new clubs instead of repairing existing buildings or rewarding current employees/members
