Pros

Most of my coworkers were fun to work with. Free membership. Pretty easy job.

Cons

Management tends to micromanage. If sales representatives are ever having a down month, they’ll tend to be more harsh and irritable to everyone. Maintenance staff is always trying to do as little work as possible and tries to get the front desk staff to do more of their work. Seems like if anything isn’t going well the front desk always will get blamed for it.

Pros

In my department there are some great genuine people and some lovely patrons.

Cons

Incredibly poorly managed; bad communication (at least for part time employees) constant manager turnover and general employee turnover, uncertainty about who is in charge
