Flexible hours, work with some great people

Cons

Horrible working conditions, dirty/dusty buildings with non-breathable air at dangerous temperatures. Senior mgmt treat employees as nothing.

Some of the mid level managers are fantastic. People are nice.

Cons

Moral is very low. Wage freeze for more than three years. Executive management will treat key employees poorly. Promises made to keep people on, but ultimately turn out to be less than the truth.

This membership is without a doubt a benifit, and I'm sure it's a good company as a whole, but I have an awful General Manager

Cons

There is not enough communication between managment and the rest of the staff, and communication is the so important for a successful company
