      A Place to Grow!

      Pros

      When paired with the right manager, your career will grow! The support and desire to have everyone win is amazing. I was thankful for the flexibility for children and aging parents. If you are willing to learn, if you are patient and if you love customer service, the club business at Wellbridge is by far the best!

      Good pay, some very skilled clinicians

      Cons

      Prepare to have a target on your back if you advocate for yourself or decide to give notice and move on. They will fire you before you leave. Administration is avoidant until punitive action is needed. Say goodbye to your boundaries and needs as administration is entitled and reactive to any requests or criticisms. Unethical practices are condoned and promoted. Case loads are high and you are made to feel bad about advocating for yourself. prepare to have administration target and gossip about you if you push for work life balance. GET EVERYTHING in writing, offers of advancement will be dangled before you and then rescinded with denials. Praise is a trap. Beware .
