-Great environment created by Staff and Management -Free Membership -Steady pipeline for new clients

Cons

Difficult to get clients to stick to consistent amount of sessions per pay period. Losing a couple sessions can result in a difference of hundreds of dollars per paycheck.

Free Gym Membership, Free Personal Training Session.

Cons

60 hours a week, endless Cold Calling, Low Paying Job, Bad Benefits. You have to go out & Look for people to come into the Gym at $100/month for a membership and pay for your own gas. The breakdown for pay was not at all worth the amount of trouble you have to do in order to get people to come in. This gym is overpriced, and this was the worst sales Job I have ever had. You are expected to work 8-12 hour shifts, cold call people until they verbally say "NO", go out to Walmart/Surrounding Areas in order to get people to come in. It was not a fun job, I would come home crying at the end of the day. I ended up quitting after 2 months because I was lead to believe it was completely different.
