Pros

Some of the people I worked with were great. Other then that, I really can not think of any other pros.

Cons

So poorly managed, I couldn't stand it. Employees don't really matter. Management will cheat workers if they can get away with it. 30 cent raise over 4 years! The extremely high turnover rate says it all.

I teach for Wellbridge and have found the managers and staff to be supportive and encourage us to do out best. I have been paid better than the competitors and genuinely feel that management wants me to be successful at my job.

Cons

I would prefer to have our online pay system set up off-site for teachers.
