Corporate and management do not care about their employees. I was offered a promotion being a MOD and was told I was not allowed an indrease in pay because I was too new to the company. Bogus! Constantly cut hours without notice. If you are late by one minute you are written up and threatened with loss of job. My supervisor was extremely inappropriate, and favortized the front desk girls based on looks.I quit because of it. Horrible pay and don't expect getting a raise ever. Corporate lies to employees about pay rates other clubs in Colorado the front desk make a dollar more than at Tabor Center. Certain indiviuals are granted parking passes based on favortism.
