      Pros

      Its a job during the recession, so that I was grateful for. The free membership to the fitness club that came with employment.

      Cons

      Where do I even start: This was absolutely the worst place I have ever worked. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Any position that is salary (management) or commission (membership) will treat you so horribly. Company expects greatness (because they charge their members so) but their is an entitlement and superiority atmosphere. So bad management will go out of their way to defer projects because they belive it is "below them."

      lots of independence and time. Very boring with limited activity in small pool. the building has pretty bad ventilation and i've passed out couple of times

      Its an ok job but very very borign
