Pros

After a few years working here is amazing to see how much we are still growing and the number of opportunities we still have. What a fantastic combination of growth, purpose, culture and potential.

Cons

Keep working in making sure talents are recognized and addressing poor performance. I would say that sometimes it feels we take too long to address poor people that doesnt fit our culture (even though this is better and faster than aywhere else) or deliver bellow expectation

Pros

First off, I really appreciate the mission. It's easy to get behind a company that's genuinely trying to make a positive impact on people's health and well-being. The company culture is pretty good, too. The atmosphere is generally positive, flexible, and supportive. We are 100% home office, which is great in my opinion. I also feel like there is opportunity for growth. I was given more responsibility over time and got to learn a ton, which was a huge plus for my career development. The leadership team, for the most part, was transparent and seemed to genuinely care about their employees. Lastly, the compensation and benefits are fair and aligned with the market.

Cons

While the company as a whole is quite diverse, it was noticeable that the higher you looked up the corporate ladder, the less diverse the team became. This created a sense that there were limited opportunities for people from different backgrounds to advance, which could be demotivating for women and other groups. There are some concerns about compensation not being competitive enough with similar companies, and I know some people felt their hard work wasn't being recognized or properly rewarded.

We're genuinely happy to hear that you connect with our mission, that you value the positive, flexible culture and the growth opportunities you find here. Hearing about your career development and feeling of support from our leadership team is also fantastic! We sincerely appreciate your feedback on diversity in leadership and compensation. Our D&I efforts are always ongoing, and we've implemented global promotion processes that are designed to ensure equitable advancement opportunities for everyone. We also want to share that we were recently recognized as a Syndio Fair Pay Certified company. This certification demonstrates our ongoing commitment to equal pay for equal work and to using trusted, transparent methodologies to ensure fairness. While our Total Rewards team continually benchmarks our overall compensation, we will keep improving our recognition programs so that great performers are consistently valued and properly rewarded. Thank you for being part of the team and for your feedback!
