What we try to do as a company is communicate with as much transparency as possible, so people understand the "what" and the "why" behind changes. We agree with you that minimizing turnover is an important goal, and we have implemented several initiatives to address this, including quarterly internal surveys and periodic reviews of our comp/benefits.
