      - flexible work culture - project with positive impact on people's lives - good salary and benefits for Portuguese market - support for career growth and self improvement - working around great and understanding people

      Cons

      - can be a bit intense at times as the company is experiencing a lot of growth, it's important that you can handle some pressure well(although there's support from other people always and it's ok to open up about it)
