Pros

Great culture, flexibility, ideas and suggestions to improve are well received. If you're someone that stands out, you'll be recognized. It's awesome to be part of a company with great values that promotes global well-being.

Cons

I'll say the compensation, but I need to mention that the company has improved a lot on this topic and still is focused on that.

Pros

Wellhub has truly been the best company I’ve worked for. The benefits are great, and the level of autonomy I’ve experienced is incredibly empowering. Leadership has been equally impressive. They’re open to new ideas, provide thoughtful feedback, and foster an environment where open communication is encouraged and valued.

Cons

While no company is perfect, I’ve noticed that communication between departments can sometimes feel a bit siloed. With most interactions happening via email, important details occasionally fall through the cracks. In many cases, simply jumping on a quick call could resolve issues more efficiently. Customer service is something I care deeply about, and I believe we could benefit from additional support when it comes to resolving partner concerns quickly and effectively. I want to continue seeing our company grow, and I hope we can keep getting the right level of support so that our expansion stays strong and sustainable.
