Pros

Collaborative team with a positive and supportive peer environment. Minimal micromanagement. Convenient office location in a walkable area. Complimentary high-tier Wellhub membership.

Cons

Leadership tends to focus more on optics than meaningful employee development. Coaching is often surface-level and lacks practical value. Formal sales training is limited, and some managers lack direct selling experience, which undermines effective guidance. New hires are often assigned accounts and targets that are difficult to convert, especially without proper onboarding or structured training. This creates a high-pressure environment where success is hard to achieve early on, leading to high attrition and performance plans. Remote and hybrid flexibility is applied inconsistently. Some employees work remotely while others are required to be in-office, despite job descriptions stating otherwise. Perks like remote work flexibility, mentioned during the recruiting process, are often not honored after hire. Parking is not covered by the company, and annual costs can be significant.

Thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We're glad to hear you had a positive experience with the collaborative and supportive team environment, autonomy, and the Wellhub membership: these are core elements of our culture that we continue to invest in. As we continue to grow and evolve, we’re consistently looking for ways to refine our goals and team structures to support long-term success. We know that ambitious targets can feel challenging, which is why we continue to strengthen our support systems to better set people up for success. We value flexibility and autonomy, but know that some teams work better together. In all job descriptions we are transparent that we offer a mix of in-office and remote work, but it can vary depending on the role and team. If regular in-office presence is required, that is communicated clearly during the interview process. We appreciate your perspective on areas for improvement and will continue working to make Wellhub a place where people feel empowered, supported, and set up to thrive. Thanks again for your input, and we wish you all the best in your next chapter.

Pros

High autonomy – You’re trusted to own your work and make decisions. Constant learning – The fast-paced environment keeps you sharp and always evolving. Great team dynamics – The team is extremely collaborative, creative, and open to new ideas. Challenging in the right way – Projects push you to grow without becoming overwhelming. Opportunity to shape the business – You can truly make an impact and see the results of your work.

Cons

100% remote model – Can feel isolating at times and limits informal connections. Limited benefits package – Compared to the market, benefits could be more competitive. Lack of diversity in leadership – There’s space for more inclusive representation at the top. Processes still maturing – As a growing company, some areas lack structure and consistency. Work-life balance varies – Depending on your role or area, the pace can be intense.

Thank you for your thoughtful and constructive feedback! We’re thrilled to hear you’re finding growth, ownership, and collaboration in your work. That sense of autonomy, learning, and impact is exactly what we aim to foster across Wellhub. It’s great to know the environment is helping you thrive and stretch your skills in a meaningful way! We also appreciate you highlighting areas for improvement. As a high-growth and evolving company, we’re continuously working to bring more consistency to our processes, enhance our benefits offering, and strengthen inclusion across all levels — especially in leadership representation. These are active priorities and part of our long-term vision for a more diverse and supportive workplace. On the remote experience: we understand that working 100% remotely can sometimes feel isolating. That’s why we intentionally create moments of connection for our remote Wellhubbers, from monthly global Town Halls and virtual catch-ups to interactive team events, we’re focused on bridging the distance and fostering meaningful relationships no matter where we log in from. If you have any further suggestions on these points, don’t hesitate to reach out to your direct manager or HRBP, your input helps us improve!
