Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. It is really great to hear that you appreciate our culture, environment, and our performance evaluation process! It is something we've carefully developed and refined to make it a meaningful opportunity for employees to reflect on their past work and understand how to grow in the coming year. We collect feedback from several stakeholders and hold calibration sessions to ensure the process is conducted consistently and fairly. In terms of our benefits offerings, we seek to provide competitive options across all of our markets, and our Compensation & Benefits team consults industry benchmarks to make sure we are on track. Of course, there are always ways that we could improve, and we would be interested to hear more specific feedback about it. We appreciate hearing that you find Gympass to be an inclusive company! We are proud of our affinity groups and our other efforts to-date, and yet we understand that the work is not complete.
