      Pros

      Amazing culture with D&I initiatives. I really enjoyed working at Gympass as for me it was a great journey where I had the opportunity to be challenged and to work with autonomy.

      Cons

      I experienced the challenges of working in a start up environment some years ago, but I don't see it as a "cons" when I look back to that days. It was exactly those challenges that helped me developing my skills and to be ready to the challenges I'm facing nowadays in another company.

      Working at Gympass is always having a lot of work to do, but with a lot of autonomy and good management of your own time. Leadership is clear on objectives and you are included in all strategies to participate in overall performance

      Cons

      We are always multitasking, on different projects and teams. You need to prepare your self-management to avoid feeling overwhelmed

      We believe Gympassers should get to work with autonomy in their roles, and maintaining clear communication around priorities and objectives enables us to do just that! We hear that it can be challenging to simultaneously manage different projects. On a company-wide scale, this year leadership has made it a priority to hit a smaller number of focused goals. It sounds like you're managing your workload via strong organizational strategies! However, if you feel your bandwidth is getting stretched too far, we hope you will feel comfortable speaking with your manager. We want our employees to maintain a balance between work and the other aspects of their lives, so there may be ways to support you so that you can work out together.
