      - Culture - Enviroment - Benefits / reward - Transparency Overall Gympass offers a great a product to it's clients and is constantly pushing the limits to offer something better. The growth is amazing, people are free to share their opinion and receive great feedback

      Unfortunately rapid growth comes with some pain. Many important process are still manual. In terms of data, there is no common language on what needs to be measured. Also access to some tools is a bit hard

      Pros

      Gympass has a great culture and respects the individuality of each employee. I've never been so grafetul to work at any place. We have a fair compensation and awsome benefits. You will never be bored here, every day is a new day full of challenges. I would recommend Gympass to any person who asks me.

      Cons

      The only thing I would say that is a con, is the fact that our bonus is paid off 60 days after the end of the quarter.
