"The company has a start-up feel to it, but a very solid culture and well-established processes. The salary and benefits offered are excellent."

It's overwhelming when you first start, and you might feel somewhat disconnected due to the onboarding process not being very well-established in certain teams.

We hear your feedback about onboarding, and it actually aligns with a project we've started to ensure team-specific onboarding happens consistently and as optimally as possible. Great teams, great initiatives, good software Directors, awesome leaders. Great opportunities to learn, there is alway a challenge to beat, teams are focused on be up to date with earlier versions of EKS, AWS and its ecosystems. Data driven teams. The team members respect each one time to achieve a goal.

Cons

Stay up to date with the latest technologies can be tricky and bring some headache.
