      - Work Environment: People are generally always willing to help. If you have any questions, just send a chat to the person in charge, and they will try to help. - Benefits: The benefits at Wellhub are very good, plus we get 100% free access to the platform. - Technology: We are always working with new tech, so engineers don't fall behind. - Personal Time Off: - Home Office

      Overall, I don't see any cons to working at Wellhub. We have a review process where our requests are heard and met as much as possible.

      The company truly prioritizes flexibility and wellness. They walk the talk and care for employees’ wellbeing just as much as they do for clients. The team is collaborative, open to innovative solutions, and extremely talented. Everyone genuinely cares about the product, and you can feel the passion in the way people work every day. In addition, the company is continuously evolving, reviewing processes, and seeking new ways to innovate and improve.

      Cons

      As the company is still growing, some processes are not yet fully streamlined, which can occasionally impact daily operations. However, the team is highly collaborative and always finds ways to make things work smoothly.
