great benefits, great people, good experience, 18 days of PTO for the first 2 years, and this increases to up to a month of PTO each year for veterans of the company

Cons

salary is low, starts at 36K, so you need to produce to make good money. if you produce, you'll be happy with your income.

Recently divested from Latin America operations, a lot of inefficiencies servicing international clients.
