      Good benefits and great DE&I. If you're lucky and in a good part of the company, you'll have decent managers and good experiences.

      Cons

      Corporate pays little attention to lower level managers So too many of them are favoritist, vindictive idiots who will drive you to quit in only a year or so and regret the experience for the rest of your life.
