      Every 6 months a wave of layoffs occurs, reducing the amount of normal employees and increasing managers and executives.

      Remote work allowed, that's about it.

      Cons

      Every year there are layoffs and then you get more work, but never a promotion or a raise. I have asked for career guidance at multiple levels and have been repeatedly told there is no career path in my current track of employment.
