      The people - best group of global colleagues I've ever worked with. Generally very reliable employment despite constant change; Wiley is an innovator in publishing. Fantastic CEO (Matt Kissner) and excellent flexible work arrangements.

      Cons

      Progression/growth can be slow in some functions, especially if you don't work in a business role. Salary growth is extremely slow.
