Benefits, time off and client base.

Cons

Low Salary range, they do not value top performers, not enough staff to carry out job duties, management does not know the day to day dynamics of the position, so their expectations are not in line with what can feasibly be accomplished.

Work-life balance. Regular paycheck. Global. That's all that comes to mind at the moment.

It's kind of a mess. Very challenged core business.
