      Remote working contracts, Happy Fridays (Friday afternoons off during June, July, August)

      Cons

      No psychological safety, no clear structure or strategy, very high turnover, fake values. How they present themselves, as people first, is far from reality when you look at how they treat people (exchangeable resources, lemons to squeeze more and more). As a middle manager I am just a soldier and not allowed to question anything.
