Pros

Amazing people to work with and great life-work balance. Some of the best managers I have ever had

Cons

-The company isn't sure where it's going -They cannot keep up with the digital market (as many publishers) -If you are younger, you can be at the bottom of the totem poll for a LOOOOONG time, they really love their assistants, so it takes forever to get promoted. And most younger people leave to find better opportunities elsewhere instead of waiting.

Pros

Great culture. The people are all really passionate about what they do and everyone is very collaborative. They have a Social Boston Sports team, a book club, and do mixed lunches.

Cons

There is a huge amount of turnover and restructuring so it feels like as soon as you get settled in a new role it's changing again. The management is hit or miss, there are some really knowledgeable members while others have very little management experience and there definitely needs to be better internal training for managers.
