Business Outlook
Pros
Supportive, fun, competent coworkers. Excellent ERGs doing great work. OK remote work policies. Lots of opportunities to move around internally. International workforce, international teams, amazing opportunities to learn from others. I learned tons, I did interesting work, and I loved my team and my managers. I was well paid, and the benefits were good.
Cons
Layoffs, including my own. (Perhaps inevitable for a publicly traded company?) Bureaucracy. (Perhaps inevitable at a large company? This was the largest I've ever worked for.)
