Pros

They care about their employees. Half day Fridays in the summer. LGBTQ+ friendly.

Cons

Nothing about a position stays steady long enough to know if it actually works. If the finances aren't where they're expected, there will be changes, even if the last change was only 6 months ago.

Pros

Work life balance Travel Budget

Cons

At one point in time I wanted to see a therapist and with Wiley's medical coverage + my salary, it would not cover the cost. I approached a senior leader about this and she did not do anything about it.
