Promotion roadblocks at senior levels if you're not white.

Pros

Great co-workers and team. Fairly good comp and benefits at around the industry average. Good learning opportunities available.

Cons

Racism present throughout the organization if you're not white, specially at senior management level. Verbal and written complaints to senior management within the People Org disappeared into thin air and no action was taken. No changes were visible even after a few months had passed. Personal promotion roadblocks became clearly visible thereafter. Not much DE&I can do when the biggest perpetrators sit at ELT and ELT+1 level. Also disappointed in the other individuals that sit in leadership positions with full visibility over these situations, yet choose to look the other way and do nothing, even if they themselves are not overtly racist.
