      Great company to work for, some ability to move into different areas of the business. Good bonus and commission incentives International travel

      Cons

      Salaries are month lower side but this can be negated through commissions and bonus.

      Pros

      Good employee and company culture in general. Work-life balance is very dependent on self-management/personal ability to set boundaries, and your direct manager.

      Cons

      Lay-offs every 1 to 1 1/2 years for the last 15 or so years does not make for a very secure-feeling environment. But that now seems to be the norm everywhere.
