Cons

- Reorgs every 6-12 months, you can set your clock to it - HR is basically non-existent and designed to say no to everything - People get fired and it's never explained why- including the CEO!

Good PTO, if you can actually find the coverage you need to take it. Otherwise you don't get to use it and it disappears at the end of the fiscal year.

Cons

They literally do not care about paying their employees. They don't care we are starving and all working second jobs just to barely afford food and rent. Of course Brain Napack thinks our miniscule increases every year are fair, he makes at least $5 million a year while most of us bring in less than $42k (and I don't even make that after being there 3.5 years). If you ever get a job here, keep looking until you land something better. It's fine in the interim, but you will not move up like your managers promise.
