      Pros

      The environment in the office is populated with really great people. These people are engaged, enthusiastic and passionate about education, making them a joy to be around.

      Cons

      SO much bureacracy, there's no incentive to perform because promotions are based on time served and not on performance. There is also such poor management - no one seems to be leading the ship.

      Decent vacation policy (although not as good as it once was).

      Constant reorganization and back-stabbing. Communication is poor. The leaders of the technology organization in particular cannot be trusted.
