      Pros

      If you are looking for just a pay check every month and willing to put in some effort... this place's pay is still considered decent.

      Cons

      Outsourcing and frequent reorg has damaged the company from top to bottom. People with great experience and knowledge were either laid off or got disappointed and left. So new people are only provided with limited info and trying to lead... the blind leading the blind...

      Decent vacation time, good location.

      Cons

      Morale is down and people are jaded. Employees are asked to do and achieve more with less and less resources and incentives. Anyone who gives full effort and cares about their jobs either learns quickly that creative solutions fall on deaf ears or leaves within a year.

      Pros

      Colleagues were great and I learned so much from them. My immediate manager was the best in my career.

      Cons

      The people to whom my boss reported were not up on the latest technologies and did not act on the advise of their more technically advanced employees. The new direction of the company is brutal.
