Pros

Very friendly atmosphere, convenient location, has a greater scope for learning, managers are really supportive and friendly. A great company to work with. Technology oriented and delivery driven atmosphere.

Cons

The dress code can be a little bit more lenient. The company has a number of businesses, which they are in the process of integrating, but they have yet to move completely away from their siloed approach.

Pros

Wiley is a classy place. A wonderful publisher with a commitment to quality.

Cons

As are all publishers, change is the 'new normal.'

Pros

Great ongoing professional development opportunities; generous benefits and PTO

Cons

Too many people "hiding" within the company doing very little work. Employees moved around with each reorg and placed into positions they are not qualified for (ie Managment).... Blind leading the blind. Too any academic-types trying to run the company.
