Pros

Flexible working is a plus. But I would warn non-remote colleagues that the Oxford office is an odd space.

Cons

The company restructured two years ago and is still hurting from this restructure. Those who work with editors, reviewers, and authors have a worse time of it now than two years ago. The company does not have enough staff for people to be able to do their jobs at a level that is satisfying to themselves and customers, and at this moment in time, it all feels a bit hopeless. It's a shame that decision-makers at the company let it get to this.
