Pros

Wiley provides great benefits - PTO, Health Insurance and 401k are all great. Internal development is picking up, and using great technology to simplify the process of apply or looking internally to promote.

Cons

Just as all publishers, we are trying to race the clock to get up to date with all websites and the technology aspect of our products and how they are available. But it is a primary goal by the board of directors.

Talented colleagues and an incredible author base.

Cons

The leadership is myopic and cronyism is rampant. Some of the top leadership are not fit to run a gas station let alone a global, multi-million dollar business.
