Decent work-life balance and fairly good benefits. Caring executive team, open to take feedback from all levels.

Poor compensation with enormous inequalities and low transparency. Random bonus not linked to objective performance. The job doesn't offer challenges or progression. Lack of career opportunities. No culture of excellence, most employees are happy with completing the job to a just enough level.
