      Great family of fellow employees. Benefits, though that is changing Work / Life balance Managers for the most part are empathetic and supportive

      Crazy amount of reorganizations, change and upper management turnover difficult to see their direction forward

      Pros

      I have been with Wiley for over a decade now and have always found it to be an employee focused company which has provided me with enough opportunities and challenges to keep me interested and motivated. I recommend it as a great place to work.

      Cons

      As with any large multinational company Wiley does have issues with bureaucracy. Getting things done can prove a challenge at times.
