Terrible management!

Business Outlook

Pros

Colleagues. Offices and the location.

Cons

Absolutely horrific management style where there's a conveyer belt approach. The individual is not valued and has nothing to contribute with regards to personal skills, qualities and experience. Each member of staff is just a 'bum on a seat', not a person that could actually have something valuable to bring to the table. People are hired at higher level positions because they come across well, not because they actually know the business. Appearance ranks considerably higher than substance. There is next to no opportunity to progress due to micro-management. People aren't allowed to show what they can do. They are never given the opportunity to do so.
