Pros

Entrepreneurial environment, lots of smart and truly nice people, very autonomous work environment for the most part, lots of transformation work so it's great if you want autonomy and have an opportunity to work on a lot of different projects. The place often feels like a start up although it's an old company - this is good if you want to learn and try new things, but not good if you don't like uncertainty.

Cons

A lot of chnages everywhere, sometimes moving too fast

Five stars! Thanks so much for taking the time to write a very thorough review. It's true, we try to create an environment where people have autonomy and can learn new things so thank you as well for calling that out. Times of change can be very disruptive and uncertain but we're trying our best to navigate it together so that we can all benefit. Speaking of millennial and younger workers, have you checked out the speaking series and resources produced by the "Generation Wiley" community group? It's great!

Wiley Education Services Thumbs Up

Pros

Strong, talented, committed executive leadership team that emphasizes development of future leaders while respecting the individual and their personal needs. Bonus opportunities, good benefits, very good PTO, nice people, excellent culture driven by a passionate General Manager and culture committee. Lots of long term potential. Wiley Ed Services is where I plan to retire.

Cons

Some of the internal technological systems are clunky and slow down my work day. Many different employee "tools" that aren't super intuitive and create a lot of extra work.
