      A great place to have a career

      Pros

      I worked for Wiley for 7 years and loved the culture and the people. I was given ample opportunity to prove myself and to move up the ladder. Compensation was competitive and benefits were also very good.

      Cons

      A large organization which at the time was going through a lot of change, and is still evolving. While Wiley handled it better than most, change is challenging in a large organization.
