      Colleagues are smart and interested in their jobs, great work/life balance, established global company, mission of expanding learning and education globally

      bureaucracy, lack of transparency in some upper management, lack of resources due to amount of recent layoffs and corporate transition

      Pros

      Excellent company that's still run as a family business. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, and laid back. Excellent training and career building.

      Cons

      Pay isn't the greatest. Layoffs and trimming the fat recently due to reorganization. Perhaps grew too fast.
