      Pros

      Multicutural and bustling work environment. Gorgeous office and very supportive. Great team atmosphere to work in. Excellent package of benefits.

      Cons

      Very slow to process paperwork at times. Certain departments could use with slightly better organization. All in all, no major issues.

      Great colleagues, working from home/different locations is easy to arrange, good pension plan, managers treat staff with respect, reasonable productivity expectations, proud to work for this publisher

      Cons

      Drawn out reorganisations have left many colleagues disengaged. It has been difficult to see colleagues leave after redundancies. Many colleagues feel undervalued due to lack of career progression.
