Business Outlook
Pros
Old school company so great benefits and felt like part of one big family. The company truly looks out for the employees' welfare and thus most employees stick around for the long run. While I worked there, the average employment span was 7 years company-wide and 10 years at the located I worked out of. Some of my coworkers had been there for over 45 years.
Cons
Promotions are tough to find as there is a glass ceiling on top of everyone due to the longevity of the employments. Being an old school company, the management relied too much on old methodologies and was hesitant to embrace technology as a strategic partner for future developments and expansion, instead they always treated it as a support structure.
