For IT staff, the work/like balance allows you to live your life while still being challenged on a daily basis.

Cons

The company is in transition and IT management is losing talented professionals while they play the political game. A lot of dead weight in IT that lack the drive to move the company in the right direction.

The company's benefit offerings are good--particularly with time off. The people that work there are nice. There are opportunities to advance within the company.

Cons

Wiley does not do summer hours. Sometimes getting tasks done takes extra time because of bureaucracy.
