      I've been really happy with my work at W-B, but there is not much room for advancement.

      Pros

      There's a nice community atmosphere, the work is challenging and interesting, the management team is supportive, and we're given lots of PTO and flexible working hours.

      Cons

      Room for growth/advancement has come to a screeching halt over the last few years, the benefits package has deteriorated, and vacated positions are absorbed rather than filled.

      Pros

      The team I work for is absolutely great. The benefits are very competitive, and the salaries reasonably so.

      Cons

      There are no clear guidelines for advancement, and after several years of flawless performance reviews I have received no opportunities to advance. Everything is very bureaucratic -- you get the impression the company is run by automatons.
