      Colleagues are very supportive and willing to share their knowledge. Employees want to help the company move forward.

      Cons

      No room for advancement and a sense that there is no support from senior management. Through downsizing historical knowledge is gone.

      - A lot of talented and kind people work for this company. - Many opportunities to learn about your working and communication styles (as well as others). - Some flexibility with scheduling. -Laid back dress code. -Exciting industry.

      - Inconsistent messaging from managers. -Unrealistic expectations of employees. -Cultural incompetence from some management. -Lack of recognition to some very hard working employees.

      Pros

      The benefits, holiday and pension are reasonable and there is money for training. Office environment is generally ok with a few exceptions

      Cons

      The current Research management have been around the block more than a few times and are showing their age. Reorganisation has distributed problems among more groups than before, making an already bad situation worse as nobody is accountable. Technology is a joke.
