A good place to work, not the role I was looking for

Pros

There are a lot of smart and dedicated people at Wiley, and in general the corporate culture is positive.

Cons

For me personally the role was not what I was looking for--more of a project manager than a scrum master role. Use of the scaled agile framework leads to a process over people.
