Higher Management is excellent and trying to do some good. The environment is perfect and, the work-life balance is also average.

Cons

Higher management is trying to avoid a lot of expenses, therefore having issues with employee relations. going for a bad business role strategy which is not good for Sri Lankan employees long time. Managers are really lazy and have a lot of issues. ex: keep personal matters, unfair performance reviews, bad team changes.
