Pros

Nice place to work. U will be able to have better work life balance here. Free hand being allowed by Senior management to those who take responsibilities. Senior management supports well. I like travelling and my work allow me to travel a lot.

Cons

No cons as such from my side. Only thing is, 4th & 5th Saturday shall also be weekly off like all other weeks feels sometimes cumbersome but excellent work opportunity drive you to enjoy those as well.
