- Parking - Good local manager and team - Good opportunities for project ownership - Salary was ok
Cons
- Senior management have no understanding of local markets which leads to a lot of issues - No cloud based programmes across the board making the company extremely behind in terms of automation, tech and working efficiently - More time spent on reports and presentations for international management than actually working on building business or revenue - Mentality of "this is how it has always been done so it has to be done this way" instead of looking retrospectively and improving - Bad treatment of staff in subsidies (excluding Germany and other developed locations) across the board - Promotions not based on merit or skills typically
